Our Introductory Design Call is a free, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your project, share how we work, and see if we’re the right fit for your needs. Whether you're dreaming of a full home refresh or just exploring ideas, this is the perfect first step to ask questions, talk through goals, and get a feel for our process. If it feels like a match, the next step is an In-Home Consultation—where we delve deeper into your space and vision. You can book that directly through our website when you're ready!
Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to connect with you! The Intro Design Call is a complimentary phone consultation designed to introduce you to SS Design Co., learn more about your project, and see if we’re a good fit for working together. Booking Terms: The call is free of charge and must be scheduled in advance via our website booking system. Please ensure you are available and in a quiet space during your selected time so we can make the most of our conversation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client. Missed calls without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. After your call, if you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you to book an In-Home Consultation, which can also be scheduled through our website.
