Design Consultation

During this initial consultation, we will meet at your home or project site to discuss your vision, goals, and overall project needs, including your likes, dislikes, and priorities. This allows us to clearly define the project scope, establish a strategic plan, and determine the most suitable contract type. Most importantly, this meeting gives us the opportunity to connect and ensure we’re a great fit before moving forward together.

Retainer Agreement

Once we have determined the scope and contract type suitable for your project, we will create a design agreement for the work to be done. Then when we have a signed copy of the agreement and payment for the retainer, work can begin!

Site Documentation

The first step in creating a successful design is thorough documentation. We will take detailed measurements of each space outlined in the contract scope, including window sizes, existing furniture dimensions, and the locations of outlets, switches, and vents. We will also capture photographs for reference throughout the design process. You do not need to be present for this appointment—feel free to provide a key or garage code, and we will take care of the rest.

Design Development

Now that we’ve thoroughly discussed your project and we’ve gathered all the necessary site documentation, we will begin crafting a design that truly reflects your personality and lifestyle. This phase includes curating inspiration imagery, developing drawings and layouts, and selecting materials, finishes, furnishings, and fabric samples to clearly communicate the overall design vision.

Presentation

We will meet again at your home or project site to review the complete design plan, including all drawings, material samples, and a detailed proposal of recommended selections for your approval. If revisions are needed, an additional presentation meeting will be scheduled to review the updated design. No orders will be placed until we have received your final approval, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.

Ordering

Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we will place all orders with our trusted vendors, oversee the production of any custom furnishings, and coordinate delivery and logistics.

Project Management

We will coordinate and manage subcontractors required to complete your project, ensuring the design is executed correctly and relieving you of that stress.

Delivery and Installation

Whenever possible, delivery and installation of all design elements are scheduled for the same day to ensure a seamless transformation. We will coordinate closely with the delivery team, and installers to bring the entire design together effortlessly. You do not need to be present for this step—it’s far more exciting to return home to a fully completed space and enjoy that unforgettable reveal moment!
