Cancellation Policy

Our 1 Day Design Solutions service offers a one-time, focused design session to address specific needs in your home within a 5-hour window. Please review the following policy before booking: Booking & Payment Haft deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session, and then the remainder is required upon arrival. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. This service is non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. What’s Included Up to 5 consecutive hours of in-home design guidance. Assistance with space planning, styling, color/material selections, finish coordination, or sourcing recommendations. Light sourcing suggestions may be provided but do not include full-service procurement or design boards. What’s Not Included Long-term project management or implementation. Drawings, renderings, or custom design plans. Vendor management, contractor coordination, or ordering services. Client Responsibility Clients should prepare a clear list of goals or areas they want to focus on during the session. All necessary decision-makers should be present to ensure effective use of time. Access to the space must be available at the scheduled time. This service is ideal for smaller projects, design refreshes, and decision-making support.
