Cancellation Policy

At SS Design Co., we strive to provide a seamless and inspiring experience during your In-Home Consultation. To ensure a productive meeting, please review the following policy: Scheduling & Fees In-home consultations are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. A consultation fee of $100 is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. Consultation Details Consultations typically last 1 hour, during which we will assess your space, discuss your design goals, and provide preliminary recommendations. This session does not include finalized designs, mood boards, or detailed layouts—those are available as part of our full-service design packages. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Client Responsibilities Please ensure that all decision-makers are present for the consultation to maximize efficiency. Have any inspiration, preferences, or specific concerns ready to discuss. The space should be accessible and free of major obstructions for evaluation. Follow-Up & Next Steps After the consultation, we will provide a summary of key recommendations and discuss the next steps if you choose to proceed with our design services. If additional consultations are needed, they will be scheduled at an additional fee. By booking an in-home consultation with SS Design Co., you agree to these terms.
